“双元制”人才培养模式在应用型大学的实践反思及改进

Reflection and improvement on practice of “Dual system” talent training mode in application-oriented universities

通过对烟台南山学院工学院电气工程系各专业已经开始进行的"双元制"人才培养模式运用现状的分析,找出其特点和优势,以存在问题为导向,完善了包括培养目标、课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、培养途径、师资保障等在内的适合南山学院电气自动化类专业"双元制"人才培养模式,使该专业以培养应用型人才为目的,培养出来的学生具备良好的职业技能。

Through the analysis of the current application status of the"Dual system"talent training mode which has started to be carried out by all the specialities of Electrical Engineering Department of Engineering School at Yantai Nanshan University,the characteristics and advantages of such training mode are found out.Based on the existing problems,the"Dual system"talent training mode suitable for the electrical automation specialties of Nanshan University is improved,which includes the training objective,curriculum system,teaching content,teaching method,training channel,guarantee of teaching staff,etc.The training mode enables this speciality to aim at cultivating the applicationoriented talents,and the trained students have good vocational skills.
