Strengthening construction on experimental technical team of large-scale instruments

针对实验技术队伍目前存在的问题,强调加强大型仪器实验技术队伍建设的重要性,提出采取引进高水平人才、优化队伍知识结构、注重实验技术队伍的培养、改革评定机制及职称晋升制度、加强实验技术队伍的专兼职优化组合等措施。努力建设一支稳定性强、素质高、技术过硬、结构合理、服务意识强的大型仪器实验技术队伍。

In view of the current problems existing in the experimental technical team,the importance of strengthening the construction on the experimental technical team of the large-scale instruments is emphasized,and the measures such as introducing high-level talents,optimizing the team knowledge structure,paying attention to the cultivation of such team,reforming the evaluation mechanism and professional title promotion system,strengthening the optimization of the full-time and part-time combination for the experimental technical team,etc.,are proposed.Efforts should be made to construct the experimental technical team of the large-scale instruments with the strong stability,high quality,excellent technical skills,reasonable structure and strong service consciousness.
