Exploration on safety management and education for biomedical laboratories in colleges and universities

生物医学实验室安全管理涉及生物安全、化学安全、设备安全等多方面,在安全教育及管理体系上须有针对性地建立规范的管理机制。以四川大学华西医院科研基地为例,从安全意识培养、安全知识教育及安全体制建立等几个方面进行探讨,以建设高效、自律、负责的实验室安全文化为目标,为生物医学实验室的安全管理人员提供参考。

Biomedical laboratory safety management involves biological safety,chemical safety,equipment safety and many other aspects.In the safety education and management system,it is necessary to establish the normative management mechanism in a targeted way.By taking Scientific Research Base of West China Hospital of Sichuan University as an example,the exploration is carried out from the aspects of the safety awareness cultivation,safety knowledge education,establishment of safety system,etc.,so as to build the efficient,self-disciplined and responsible laboratory safety culture as the goal,and provide the reference for the safety management personnel of biomedical laboratories.
