摘要 为了实现数显轨距尺测量数据的采集、存储功能,设计了一种结构简单、性能稳定的数显轨距尺图像数据采集系统,实现了轨距尺图像数据的实时采集、显示、存储功能;系统能够获取数显轨距尺测量数据图像,并将图像显示在LCD屏上,图像信息存储于SD卡中,既完成了测量数据的实时传输,又实现了对测量数据的保存;系统以Cortex-M4为内核的STM32F407ZGT6作为控制核心,利用OV2640作为图像传感器采集彩色图像,采用TFTLCD真彩液晶显示屏显示图像,利用FATFS文件系统实现SD卡的读写,从而使系统能够存储图像数据;实验结果表明,图像的采集系统稳定可靠,采集图像清晰,满足设计要求,对轨距尺读数的自动识别以及轨道测量数据的存储具有重要意义。 In order to achieve the digital track gauge measurement data acquisition,storage function,a simple data acquisition system with simple structure and stable performance is designed to realize the real-time acquisition,display and storage of the gauge data features.The system can obtain the digital track gauge measurement data,and the image displayed on the LCD screen,the image information stored in the SD card,not only completed the real-time transmission of measurement data,but also to achieve the preservation of measurement data.The system uses Cortex-M4 as the core of the STM32 F407 ZGT6 as the control core,the use of OV2640 as an image sensor to collect color images,TFTLCD true color LCD display images,the use of FATFS file system to achieve SD card read and write,so that the system can store image data.The experimental results show that the image acquisition system is stable and reliable,the image is clear,the design requirements are met,the automatic recognition of the gauge reading and the storage of the track measurement data are of great significance.
