南通在上海大都市圈的发展定位研究

A Research on Nantong's Position in Shanghai Metropolitan Area

结合通沪两地城市总体规划和方案,从角色、功能、阶段三个维度对南通在上海大都市圈的发展定位进行分析,提出在角色定位上,南通要主动成为两地多领域合作的发起者;在功能定位上,南通可考虑成为上海的"核都市";在阶段定位上,南通正在建设成为上海的"北大门",这是两地初步同城化的另一种表述,也是当前南通所处阶段的判断依据。

Based on the overall plan and the scheme of Shanghai and Nantong, this paper analyzes the development orientation of Nantong in the Shanghai metropolitan area from three dimensions： role, function andstage, and puts forward that Nantong should be more active and become the initiator of cooperation in manyfields. On functional positioning, Nantong can be considered as Shanghai’ s“Core Metropolis” . As to the stageof the development, Nantong is being built to be the“North Gate”of Shanghai, which is another expression ofthe initial integration of the two areas, and this is also the basis for judging the current stage of Nantong.
