摘要 依据TSG 21-2016《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》(简称《新固容规》)中的压力容器分类图,采用EXCEL进行算法编程,完成了不同形状容器容积算法、压力容器PV值算法、介质组别区分算法及压力容器分类逻辑算法的编制。在输入压力容器的工作介质、直径、长度、设计压力后,对压力容器类别进行自动划分,仅用一个单元格、一句EXCEL算法语句,实现对两幅压力容器分类逻辑图的综合分类,使压力容器类别划分完全自动,使用简捷。 According to TSG 21-2016 “Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary PressureVessel” , by means of Excel programming, the volume computing method of various shapes of vessels, the PV value computing method, the distinguishing method of various characteristics of medium and the logistic algorithm design for classifying pressure vessels are all achieved. Once the medium, the diameter, the length andthe design pressure are input, pressure vessels will be classified automatically. This process is self-acting anddirect with precise results.
