摘要
选择3种生物农药,即30亿PIB/m L甘蓝夜蛾NPVsc、16 000 IU/m L苏云金杆菌wp、100亿孢子/m L短稳杆菌sc,研究其对水稻二化螟的防治效果和田间应用技术。试验可知:供试3种生物农药对水稻二化螟均有一定的防效,其中,30亿PIB/m L甘蓝夜蛾NPVsc 1 200 m L/hm2防治水稻二化螟杀虫效果、保苗效果均达90%以上,与对照药剂20%氯虫苯甲酰胺sc 150 m L/hm2防效相当;3种不同生物药剂在试验剂量范围内对非靶标天敌和水稻生长无危害。结果表明,30亿PIB/m L甘蓝夜蛾NPVsc作为一种生物杀虫剂,具有防效好、低毒、无残留、不易产生抗药性以及对蜘蛛、绒茧蜂等天敌无危害等优点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Three biopesticides were selected, namely Mamestra brassicae L. NPV 3 billion PIB/mL sc, Bacillusthuringiensis 16 000 IU/mL wp and Empedoacter brevis 10 billion spores/mL sc, to study their control effecton Chilo suppressalis (Walker) and field application techniques. The research findings are listed as follows:three kinds of biological pesticides control the rice stem borer effectively; the insecticidal effect and seedlingprotecting effect of Mamestra brassicae L. NPV 3 billion PIB/mL sc 1 200 mL/hm2was more than 90 %, whichwas equivalent to 150 mL/hm2of 20 % Chlorantraniliprole sc; three kinds of biological pesticides were all safeto rice and natural enemies. The biological pesticide of Mamestra brassicae L. NPV 3 billion PIB/mL sc willhave the broad prospect in application because of its advantages like good control effect, low toxics, non-residue, less likelihood of drug resistance and no danger to natural enemies, i.e. spiders and braconid wasps.
