我们需要建什么样的医联体

What kind of medical alliance do we need to build

医联体建设是我国深化医疗卫生体制改革的重要举措,对促进资源共享、医生上下流动、患者双向转诊,构建有序就诊秩序具有重要作用。文章总结上海市建设医联体实践过程中存在的问题,提出从构建整合型医疗卫生服务体系、转变医患关系、建立利益共同体的正向激励和分配机制,以及建立信息整合和共享平台四个方面着手解决问题,并提出配套的支持政策,以期为我国其他地区建设医联体提供经验。

The construction of medical alliance is an important measure for deepening the health system reform in China and plays an important role in promoting resource sharing,doctors＇ flow up and down,two-way referral and construction of ordered visits. The article summarized the problems existing in the process of building medical alliance in Shanghai,and considered that the problems could be solved from four aspects,building an integrated health service system,changing the relationship between doctors and patients,establishing a positive incentive and distribution mechanism for the community of interests,and establishing an information integration and sharing platform,and put forward supporting policies with a view to provide experiences for building medical alliance in other parts of China.
