针对当前高职生源现状保证人才培养质量的思考

Thinking on Ensuring the Quality of Graduate in View of the Current Status of Higher Vocational College Students

近年来由于高考生源数量不断下降,高职院校录取分数随之下降,由此带来生源素质整体下降。如何保证高职院校人才培养质量成为社会关注的热点问题。笔者结合本单位的现状和做法,从生源素质现状分析入手,究其原因,从学校引入淘汰机制、加强教学监管、提高教师教学能力、加强教风学风建设等方面,提出了具体解决对策。

In recent years due to the number of students in the college entrance examination is declining,it makes the higher vocational colleges lower its admission mark,thus resulting in overall quality of students go down.How to ensure the quality of higher vocational education become the hot topic in society.The author,talking about the present situation of her college,analyzing present students quality,investigating its reason,introducing elimination mechanism,strengthening the supervision of teaching,improving teachers' teaching ability,strengthening the construction of teaching style,etc.,puts forward the specific countermeasures.
