司法改革背景下司法警察职能之思考

Thinking on the Function of Judicial Police under the Background of the Reform of the Company

在司法改革的背景下,司法警察的功能应予相应整合,尤其是在基层法院,应突出和强化司法警察的安保职能、值庭职能、执行职能,应明确司法警察性质的独立性,应顺应司法警察的发展规律,实行双重管理,把法院内部的横向管理与上下级警队之间的纵向管理相结合,实现分权而治。

Under the background of judicial reform,the functions of judicial police should be integrated correspondingly,especially in grass-roots courts,we should highlight and strengthen the security function,value court function and executive function of judicial police.We should clarify the independence of the nature of the judicial police.We should comply with the law of the development of the judicial police and implement dual management.We should combine the horizontal management within the court with the vertical management between the upper and lower police forces to achieve decentralization.
