公共管理视阈下档案服务社会化研究探讨

Research on the Social Research of Archive Service under the Public Management Perspective

档案管理活动是社会管理活动发展到一定时期的产物,能够如实地对社会中各项组织活动等进行记录。档案管理在理念、思维特点以及价值方面和公共管理有着根本上的差异。在当前社会不断发展的过程中,档案用户对档案服务要求越来越高。文章就目前我国档案服务社会化中存在的问题进行分析,并且提出相应的应对方案,以期能够促进我国档案服务社会化的不断发展。

The archives management activity is the product of the development of social management activities to a certain period,can according to the facts of the social organization of the activities.Archives management is fundamentally different in concept,thinking and value and public administration.In the process of social development,file users are increasingly demanding to file services.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the socialization of archives service in China,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to promote the development of the socialization of archives service in China.
