推片复检在MEK-7222K型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪工作中的作用

The Value of Blood Smear Review Test in the Reliability of Result by MEK-7222K Automatic Blood Analyzer

目的探讨推片复检在MEK-7222K型全自动血细胞分析仪测定结果报告中的作用。方法采用日本光电株式会社MEK-7222K型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪对外周静脉血标本进行白细胞分类,选取单核细胞分类增高的样本行手工推片染色分类。结果520例样本推片复检,单核细胞分类增高358例,占总样本68.8%,假性增高162例占31.2%,其中未成熟粒细胞(包括杆状核、中晚幼粒)80例,异常淋巴细胞71例,原始及幼稚细胞9例,有核红细胞2例。结论应用手工推片复检可有效降低MEK-7222K型全自动五分类血细胞分析仪检测单核细胞的假性增高,提高有核细胞分类精确率。

Objective To investigate the function of blood smear review test in the report releasing of MEK-7222K automatic blood cell analyzer,we pick the monocyte group to do the contrast with traditional blood smear test of leukocyte differential count.Methods The peripheral blood samples were classified into five groups by MEK-7222K automatic blood cell analyzer,we pick 520 cases of them which has monocyte ratio greater than 10%,then compare the monocyte ratio with the traditional blood smear test.Result In 520 samples,blood smear review results shows that,358 cases had the actual increase in monocyte classification,accounted for 68.8% of the total samples,while the rest 162 cases had the fake increase,within which 80 cases had actual increase in immature granulocyte classification(Rod nucleus,middle and late immature granule cells included),71 cases in abnormal lymphocyte classification,9 cases in blasts classification,and 2 cases in erythroblast classification.Conclusion The application of manual blood smear test can effectively reduce the false increase of monocyte ratio analyzed by MEK-7222 K automatic blood cell analyzer,and improve the accuracy of classification of nucleated cells.
