泰州地区结核分枝杆菌一线抗结核药耐药基因检测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨泰州地区结核分枝杆菌耐药基因突变特点。方法选取涂阳结核病人痰标本121份,进行结核分枝杆菌耐药基因检测。结果 121例临床痰标本,共检出结核分支杆菌78例,检出阳性率为64.5%。共检出28例存在耐药基因位点突变,总耐药率为35.9%。其中单耐药9例;多耐药7例;耐多药12例。耐药基因突变位点以embB基因306位点、inhA基因-15位点、katG基因315位点、rpsL基因43位点突变最为常见。结论泰州地区耐药结核分枝杆菌的基因突变有其自身特点。 Objective To explore the characteristics of genetic mutation in mycobacterium tuberculosis in Taizhou region.Metheds A total of 121 smear-positive tuberculosis sputum specimens were collected for gene chip technology to obtain the drug-resistant gene mutations.Results In these 121 sputum specimens,78 samples were detected and the positive rate was 64.5%.Drug-resistance mutations were detected in 28 samples and the total resistance rate was 35.9%,including single drug-resistance 9 samples; multiple drug-resistance in 7 samples; 12 samples of multi-drug resistant.The mainly sites of drug-mutation gene were emb B 306,inh A-15,kat G 315 and rps L 43.Conclusion The genetic mutation of mycobacterium tuberculosis in Taizhou region has its own characteristics.
