摘要
1例89岁男性患者,诊断为慢性支气管炎继发感染、双肺间质纤维化。给予利奈唑胺片及头孢哌酮舒巴坦抗感染治疗,出现血小板明显下降。药师对患者进行药学监护,详细排查患者正在使用的药物,探讨可能药物与不良反应的因果关系,考虑其血小板减少可能由利奈唑胺引起。给予停药及相关对症治疗,加强对血常规等指标的监护,确保用药安全。
One 89-year-old male patient was suffered from secondary infection of chronic bronchitis and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis.Platelet decreased significantly after the anti infective therapy of linezolid tablets and cefoperazone and sulbactam.Clinical pharmacists took pharmaceutical care on the patient,investigated the using drugs for the patient in detail,discussed the relationship between the possible drugs and adverse reactions,consider that thrombocytopenia may be caused by linezolid.So to stop the drug and related symptomatic treatment,to strengthen the monitoring of blood routine indicators,and to ensure drug safety.
