摘要
应用Mike11水动力模型,模拟在"流域99南部型"100年一遇洪水条件下,航道整治工程实施前后杭嘉湖区域关键控制站点的水位变化、高水位持续时间的影响情况.研究结果表明:工程实施后对杭嘉湖东部平原的防洪排涝格局会带来影响,主要影响范围为虹阳以东的嘉北地区,其最高洪水位抬高,高水位持续时间延长,可以通过在桃园港口门建设节制闸并实施圩区加固等措施进行控制及功能补偿.
Based on the Mike11 hydrodynamic model,the water level change and the influence of the duration of the high water level in Hangzhou,Jiaxing and Huzhou before and after the implementation of the waterway regulation project were carried out.The results show that after the implementation of the project,the flood control and drainage pattern of the eastern plain of Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou will be affected.The main influence range is Jiabei Area in the east of Hongyang,and its maximum flood level is elevated and the duration of the high water level is prolonged.The construction of control gate and the implementation of polder reinforcement in Gangkoumen in Taoyuan are conducted to realize water control and functional compensation.
