摘要
目的:明确酒泡铁苋菜用于喘咳症治疗的合理性。方法:采用豚鼠诱喘法考察酒泡铁苋菜的平喘效果。结果:与空白对照组比较,生品组与酒泡品组均显著延长引喘潜伏期(P<0.05);与生品组比较,酒泡品组无显著差异。结论:酒泡铁苋菜可用于喘咳症的治疗,但疗效与生品无明显差异。
Objective: To clarify the rationality of wine-soaked Acalypha australis L. in treating asthmatic cough. Methods: Asthma model were made. The antiasthmatic effect of wine-soaked Acalypha australis L was investigated by studying guinea pig induced asthma model. Results: Compared with the blank controlled group,the latent period for symptomatic sensitization were significantly prolonged in both the raw Acalypha australis L. group and the wine-soaked group.( P〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference between the raw Acalypha australis L. group and the wine-soaked group. Conclusion: Acalypha australis L.soaked in wine can be used for treating asthma,but its efficacy had no significant difference with the raw products.
