晚期糖基化终末产物与糖尿病肾病发病机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物是糖尿病肾病发病机制中的重要因素,它在糖尿病慢性并发症的发生、发展过程中充当着特殊重要的角色。加强对晚期糖基化终末产物的研究,作为糖尿病的敏感标志物,开发治疗糖尿病及糖尿病肾病新的晚期糖基化终末产物有效的靶点药物具有非常重要的意义和广泛的应用前景。
