文物建筑灌浆修复效果科技检测技术应用研究——以杭州闸口白塔保护工程为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了对杭州闸口白塔保护工程灌浆修复效果进行科学评价,以及在石质文物建筑灌浆加固效果科技检测方面开展应用研究,故在对白塔本体进行前期病害勘察并了解其灌浆加固工艺的基础上,利用微波湿度法和红外热成像、色差检测等技术,对灌浆加固的深度、加固材料的性能、色差变化进行定量的检测和分析。检测结果表明,白塔平均灌浆加固深度为9~11cm,塔身灌浆材料的黏结性能良好,材料内部均匀致密,修复材料与原材料存在一定的色差,具体变化情况需进一步监测确定。微波湿度法、红外热成像等科技检测手段为文物建筑保护工程验收提供科学依据,同时有利于建立文物建筑健康监测和预警的长效机制,延长石质文物建筑寿命。 In order to scientifically evaluate the effect of grouting repairing in the protection project of White Pagoda in Zhakou,Hangzhou and conduct a research on the application of scientific and technological detection for grouting reinforcement effect of stone cultural relics buildings,based on the preliminary disease investigation of White Pagoda and understanding of its grouting reinforcement technology,the depth of grouting reinforcement,the performance ofreinforcement material and the change of color difference were measured and analyzed quantitatively with the techniques of microwave humidity,infrared thermal imaging and color difference detecting.Test results show that the average grouting reinforcement depth of White Pagoda ranges from 9 to 11 cm,and the grouting material is satisfactory in bonding property,and uniform and compact in internal structure.There is a certain color difference between repairing materials and raw materials,with specific changes subject to further identification.Microwave humidity,infrared thermal imaging and other scientific and technological detection means provide scientific basis for acceptance of cultural relics protection project.At the same time,it is beneficial to establish long-term mechanism of health monitoring and early warning of cultural relics buildings,and prolong the service life of stone cultural relics buildings.
