摘要
为解决微电网在电力市场中日前市场和实时市场分离决策时产生的矛盾与偏差,在微电网调度中同时考虑两个不同时间尺度市场与微网集中控制系统之间的能量交互,统一进行协调决策,并给出两级市场运行环境下的微电网经济调度模型。在决策中引入需求侧响应的调控手段,为微网应对不确定性而提供辅助服务给出有益参考。结合微网典型算例分析,验证本研究所提方法的正确性和有效性。
To resolve the contradiction and deviation produced by microgrids isolation decision between day-ahead market and real-time market,energy exchanges between power market and microgrid control system of two different time scales were considered. An economic dispatching model of microgrid under two-level market operating environment was proposed to make concerted decision. Simultaneously,control means of demand side response influences were introduced to decision making process to provide beneficial references for the ancillary service of microgrids coping with uncertainties.The correctness and effectiveness were verified by simulations on a typical microgrid.
