膜联蛋白A1在胶质瘤患者血清和肿瘤组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of annexin A1 and its significance in glioma

目的膜联蛋白A1(Annexin A1,ANXA1)在胶质瘤患者血清和肿瘤组织中的表达情况及其与胶质瘤恶性分级的相关性。方法收集30例胶质瘤患者的病理组织和血清标本。肿瘤组织对照组的样本为同一患者肿瘤组织中的瘤周组织,血清对照组样本为30名健康人的血清。分别应用免疫组化和酶联免疫吸附实验对肿瘤组织和血清中ANXA1的表达情况进行检测,并分析其与胶质瘤恶性分级的相关性。结果 ANXA1在胶质瘤组织中高表达,且阳性率显著高于瘤周组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1);ANXA1在低级别胶质瘤组织和高级别胶质瘤组织中的阳性率差异无统计学意义(P=0.865 5)。胶质瘤患者的血清ANXA1显著高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1);高级别胶质瘤患者的血清ANXA1高于低级别胶质瘤患者,差异有统计学意义(P=0.008 2)。胶质瘤患者不同年龄组和不同性别组中间的血清ANXA1差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶质瘤组织中ANXA1的阳性率高于瘤周组织;胶质瘤患者的血清ANXA1显著升高,且高级别胶质瘤患者的血清ANXA1高于低级别胶质瘤患者。

Objective To examine the expression of annexin A1 in glioma tissue and serum,and analyze the correlation between annexin A1 expression and glioma grade.Methods 30 glioma tissues were collected from patients in Guiyang Second People＇s Hospital from January,2016 to April,2017.Meanwhile,serums of glioma patients were also collected.Serums from healthy people were collected as control group.Immunohistochemistry（IHC）and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）were performed to test the expression of annexin A1,and the correlation between annexin A1 expression and glioma grade was analyzed.Results Compared with peritumoral tissues,positive rate of annexin A1 in glioma tissue was higher（P〈0.000 1）.But there was no statistical significantly differences between low grade glioma group and high grade glioma group（P=0.865 5）.Compared with normal group,serum annexin A1 of glioma patients were highly expressed,and there were no statistical significantly differences between normal group and patient group（P〈0.000 1）.Serum annexin A1 in high grade glioma group were higher than those in low grade group,and there were statistical significantly differences P〈0.000 1.There were no statistical significantly differences in serum annexin A1 among different Age groups and different gender groups.Conclusion Compared with peritumoral tissues,positive rate of annexin A1 was higher in glioma tissues.Serum annexin A1 was highly expressed in glioma patients,and there were statistical significantly differences between low grade glioma group and high grade glioma group.
