摘要
带垫板的双肢C型钢是一种新型组合截面形式,针对该截面形式的L形节点进行静力有限元分析,选取节点加腋尺寸、节点板厚度、螺栓间距、C型钢梁腹板高度和厚度等因素分析了44个L形节点模型,得到不同节点参数的屈服荷载、极限荷载、极限位移和节点刚度。通过数值分析发现:在常用C型钢型号范围内,加腋尺寸取50 mm,节点板厚度取8~12 mm,C型钢梁腹板高厚比不大于110的情况下,该新型截面L形节点的静力性能最优。
The paper focused on a new type of composite section,namely the double limb C steel with backing plate,the static finite element analysis on 44 L-shaped joints was conducted to investigate the influence of haunch size of joint,gusset plates thickness,spacing of bolts and C section steel beam's web height and thickness,so as to obtain the yield load,ultimate displacement and joint stiffness of joints with different parameters. Based on the numerical analysis,the results indicated that when the C steel was selected in the range of the commonly used C steel models,the haunch size of joint was taken as 50 mm,the gusset plate thickness was taken from 8 mm to 12 mm,and the height-thickness ratio of C section steel beam's web was less than 110,the L-shaped joint could achieve the optimal static performance.
