基于三维激光扫描技术的采动区高压线塔变形监测和结构安全分析 被引量:7

摘要 矿区地表及其构建筑物容易受到开采影响,发生移动和变形。高压线塔为重要构筑物,其运行安全对地方工农业生产起重要作用,开展线塔变形监测可为线路的灾变预警、防护维修提供技术支持。针对现有水准或全站仪监测方法局限于单点测绘的缺点,提出了基于三维激光扫描技术(TLS)的高压线塔全局监测方案。对于高压线塔地处野外布设控制点困难的问题,提出一种无控制变形全局监测方法。结合某矿区的多期实测数据,利用无控制变形全局监测方法求出了线塔的沉降和倾斜值,并分析了线塔的整体变形规律,验证了所提出方法的可行性。采用有限元模拟,分析了与监测数据相应的铁塔结构内力和变形,对铁塔的结构安全进行了分析。 The earth surface and the buildings in mining area are easy to move and deform caused by mining. Highvoltage wire tower is important structure,the function security plays an important role in the local industrial and agricultural production,and deformation monitoring of the tower can provide technical support for disaster warning and preventive maintenance of the line. In view of level or total station monitoring method,the current method was limited to single point measuring,the whole monitoring scheme of high voltage line tower based on TLS was put forward. For those tower located in the field,it is difficult to set control points,an uncontrolled deformation monitoring method was proposed. Based on the multi period measured data of a mining area,the proposed method was used to analyze the settlement of the tower,the value of the slope and the law of the overall deformation. The feasibility of the method was verified. Finite element simulation was carried out to analyze the internal force and deformation of the tower based on the measured displacements of the characteristic points. The structural safety of the tower was assessed.
