摘要
介绍了三维激光测量技术在空间弯扭钢构件制作中的应用案例,阐述了扭曲钢构件的制作工艺和三维激光测量方法。通过实践总结出了此技术在钢结构行业中应用的优缺点。通过对多构件同时采集和分析的实践探索,提出了可广泛应用的三维激光测量技术方案。
The paper introduced the application cases of 3D laser scanning technology in the manufacturing of spatial bending torsion steel structure member,as well as the manufacturing technique of bend-torsion members and the measuring method. The advantages and disadvantages of the technique in the application of steel structure industry were summarized.Also the scheme of 3D laser scanning technology widely used in the steel structure field was proposed.
