带垫板焊缝裂纹缺陷分析及控制

ANALYSIS AND CONTROL OF WELD CRACK DEFECTS OF BACK-UP MEMBER

垫板作为焊接工艺中广泛使用的一种材料,主要是保证钢材材料接头根部焊透和焊缝背面成型,是作为沿接头背面预置的一种衬托装置,使焊缝强制成形的高效、优质、低成本的焊接方法。而当垫板中的某种化学元素比重过高时,就会出现焊缝贯穿性裂纹,严重降低焊缝质量。

Back-up member has been widely used in welding process to ensure the weld penetration at the root of the joint and welds formed on back. As a kind of mounting device along the preset at the back of the joint,back-up member can force to form the welds through a highly efficient,high quality and low cost welding method. When the proportion of some chemical elements in the back-up member is too high,there will be penetrating cracks in the weld,which will seriously reduce the quality of the weld.
