摘要
滑移安装方法是目前广泛应用于国内大型空间结构的安装方法,但需根据现场条件和工程特点进行滑移措施的完善和改造。通过对北京城市副中心行政办公区A4工程屋面钢桁架的滑移安装工艺的应用,介绍了滑移安装的设备选择、安装工艺和落架方法。根据桁架在柱顶支承部位的不同,进行了滑移轨道支撑梁的计算分析和节点构造;根据滑移重量采用成本较低的电动岛链驱动系统并设计出相应的滑移轨道和驱动台车。
Sliding installation method has been widely used in domestic large space structures,but the measures should be improved and reformed according to site conditions and engineering characteristics. Through the application of sliding installation method in the Beijing city sub-center administrative office A4,the paper introduced the equipment for sliding installation,installation process and unloading method. Based on the locations of truss in supporting parts of column top,the support beam of sliding track and joint structure were calculated and anlayzed. According to the sliding force,a low cost electric chain drive system was adopted and the corresponding sliding track and driven trolley were designed.
