摘要
分析研究了国家一级保护珍稀濒危植物杜鹃红山茶(Camellia changii Ye)叶片在不同程度干旱胁迫及复水条件下叶绿素荧光参数的变化特性及抗氧化酶代谢情况,初步探讨了杜鹃红山茶对干旱胁迫的响应适应性。结果表明,杜鹃红山茶通过PSⅡ系统和抗氧化酶系统应对外界的干旱胁迫,重度干旱胁迫使杜鹃红山茶的PSⅡ受到损害,光合电子传输能力下降,但一定程度的干旱处理有利于提高PSⅡ反应中心开放部分的比例。研究结果为栽培生产杜鹃红山茶提供参考,使其更好地适应干旱逆境。
Camellia changii is the rare and endangered species and the first-grade state protected plant. This paper analyzed the variation characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and metabolic response of antioxidant enzyme in C. changii leaves under different degrees of drought, preliminary studied the adaptive response of C. changii to drought stress and rehydration. The results showed that C. changii responded to external drought stress through PS Ⅱsystem and antioxidant system. The severe drought stress damaged PS Ⅱ system and decreased photosynthetic electron transport capacity, but a certain degree of drought stress was beneficial to improve the PS Ⅱ reaction center opening proportion. The results provided references for cultivation, and made it better be adapt to drought stress.
