摘要 溜破系统作为地下矿山的重要组成部分,在生产建设中起着至关重要的作用。某矿溜破系统布置在地下,受复杂地质环境和技术条件的影响,溜破系统硐室的开挖受到了制约。通过对地质及水文情况的综合分析,采用地表帷幕注浆施工方法,使溜破系统部位的围岩固结,浆液充填裂隙,以达到改善地质环境的目的。帷幕注浆中采用分支造孔技术,减少了钻孔工程量,缩短了总工期,节省了大量投资。帷幕注浆技术在大型硐室中的成功应用,保证溜破硐室安全、高效开挖,为下一步施工创造了良好的条件,为该地区同类岩层硐室的施工提供了可靠经验。 Slipping system is the important part of underground mine, and it takes an important role in the production and construction of underground mine. The slipping system of a mine is distributed underground, the cavern excavation of slipping system is influenced by the complicated geological environment and technical conditions. By analyzing the geological and hydrological situations comprehensively, the construction method of surface curtain grouting is adopted, the surrounding rock of slipping system is consolidated, the fissures of surrounding rock is filled by slurry, so as to improve the geological environ- ment. The drilling workloads is reduced, the whole construction period is shortened, and the engineering cost is lowered by using the branch drilling technique. The successful application results of curtain grou- ting technique in super-large cavern can guarantee the excavation of the caverns of slipping system safety and with high efficiency, besides that, the further construction conditions is provided. The above discussion results in this paper can provide some reliable experience for the construction of the similar caverns.
