Optimization of the Ventilation Scheme in Tonglushan Mine

摘要 铜绿山矿深部工程建成投产后,深部开采的通风系统与原通风系统相互影响,造成通风系统短路,而且随着开采中段的下移,导致各中段工作面通风更加困难,通风管理难度增加。通过对铜绿山矿通风系统现场调查分析,得出矿井通风系统面临的主要问题,结合实际情况,拟定通风系统宏观构建方案并进行比选,选择单元通风方案,根据矿体分布使系统形成3个相对独立的通风单元并分别确定最优通风方案。实施结果显示,新的通风方案有效解决矿井通风系统短路和采区供风不足的问题,为国内同类型矿山通风系统改造提供借鉴。 The deep mining engineering is constructed and it is put into production, the ventilation system of deep mining is interacting with the original ventilation system, which results in ventilation short circuit, and with the mining sections moving down, the ventilation of the working face of mining sections is more and more difficult, the ventilation management difficulty is increased. Based on the actual inves- tigation results of the ventilation system of Tonglushan mine, the main problems existed in the mine is an- alyzed, and some practical ventilation schemes is proposed. By ventilation scheme comparison, the unite ventilation scheme is selected. The optimal ventilation schemes of the three relatively independent venti- lation unites formed based on the ore-body distribution characteristics. The results show that, the ventila- tion system short circuit of the mine is solved, besides that, the air volume of the underground mining stope is guaranteed, which can provide some reliable reference for the improvement of ventilation system of the similar mines.
