从情报机构的视角下剖析智库建设的理论意义与实践价值。采用文献综述法,在智库内涵的简述基础上,结合著名智库机构研究分析,描绘出情报机构在智库建设中所扮演的角色定位,进一步发挥情报机构在智库建设过程中的巨大作用。情报机构吸收智库特色,转变服务模式,构建智库信息新平台。

This paper analyzed the theoretic importance and practice value on the construction of think tank. Based on defining think tank, it adopted document summary. There were examples of famous think tanks. The article described the role of the intelligence organizations positioning in think tank construction, and this role was further exploited. The result demonstrated that intelligence organizations absorbed the character of think tank, transformed themselves service pattern, and built the new information platform of think tank in the near future.
