Investigation and Optimization Research on the Utilization Status of Public Bicycle in Guilin

以桂林市公共自行车使用状况为研究对象,采用问卷调查、统计分析等方法分析桂林市公共自行车使用者行为特征与满意度,通过对桂林市公共自行车使用特征与居民满意度的掌握,提出桂林市公共自行车系统建设的优化方案,完善桂林市公共自行车建设,为其他城市提供借鉴经验。

Taking the utilization status of public bicycle in Guilin as the research object, we analyze the bicycle users’ behavior characteristics and satisfaction in Guilin by means of questionnaire and statistical analysis. Through the behavioral patterns of the bicycle users and their levels of satisfaction, we propose the optimizing schemes of public bicycle system in Guilin, in order to facilitate the development of Guilin’s public bicycle system and potentially offer experience for other cities.
