网络游戏成瘾以前额叶背外侧皮质为种子点的静息态功能连接的改变 被引量:3

Changes in the functional connectivity of dorsolateral prefrontal cortex in individuals with internet gaming disorder

摘要 目的运用静息态功能连接(rsFC)技术分析网络游戏成瘾(IGD)被试以前额叶背外侧皮质(DLPFC)为种子点的功能连接改变。方法选择27例IGD患者(IGD组)和33名健康志愿者(对照组)进行静息态功能MRI检查,以DLPFC为种子点做功能连接分析,比较两组间的差异,并取两组间差异有统计学意义的脑区为感兴趣区,计算功能连接强度与临床评分之间的关系。结果 IGD组的左侧梭状回、左侧额中回、左侧扣带回中部和左侧中央后回与DLPFC功能连接均较对照组显著增强,右侧枕叶舌回与DLPFC功能连接均较对照组显著减弱(P值均<0.05,AlphaSim校正)。IGD组左侧梭状回与DLPFC的平均zFC值(表示rsFC强度)与Barratt冲动量表(BIS-11)评分呈正相关(r=0.44,P=0.02)。结论 DLPFC与渴求和成瘾相关,IGD组DLPFC与视听、运动等相关脑区的功能连接存在改变,这些改变可能由长期网络游戏刺激导致。左侧梭状回与DLPFC功能连接的强度可以评价IGD冲动抑制功能的异常。 Objective To investigate the changes in the resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC) of the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) observed in internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods In this study, 27 IGD patients and 33 healthy controls (HC) underwent a resting-state functional magnetic resonance (MR) scanning. DLPFC connectivity was determined in all subjects. The difference of functional connectivity between two groups was calculated and regions showing significantly altered functional connectivity in IGDs were adopted as interest regions for correlation analysis with clinical scores of IGD. Results Compared with the HC group, the IGD group showed increased rsFC values in the left fusiform gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus, left middle cingulum and left postcentral gyrus, but decreased rsFC values were found in the right lingual gyrus (all P〈0. 05, AlphaSim adjustment). The strength of rsFC between the left fusiform gyrus and DLPFC (mean zFC value) was positively correlated with Barratt score (BIS-11 scale) in the IGD group (r = 0.44, P = 0.02). Conclusion DLPFC play an important role in craving and addiction. Abnormal rsFC can be detected between DLPFC and visual and auditory systems in IGD subjects. This finding may be attributed to the visual and auditory stimulation generated by long- term internet gaming. The strength of rsFC between DLPFC and left fusiform gyrus may assess the impulsiveness function in IGD subjects.
