镁质无光白釉的研究

摘要 以长石、方解石、高岭土、烧滑石、煅烧高岭土、石英、氧化铝为原料制备镁质无光白釉,研究了烧滑石含量、石英含量、氧化铝含量以及方解石的引入对釉面白度、光泽度的影响。实验结果表明:当配方组成为45.5wt.%钾长石、31.8wt.%烧滑石、9.1wt.%高岭土、13.6wt.%煅烧高岭土,最佳烧成工艺参数:烧成温度1290℃、保温时间1h、还原气氛,得到了白度60.9%、光泽度14.0%、釉面细腻的镁质无光白釉。 Matte magnesium glaze was prepared using feldspar, calcite, kaolin, calcined kaolin, quartz, burnt talc and alumina as raw materials. Effects of the content of the burnt talc, quartz and alumina as well as the calcite doping on the glaze were studied. The experiment results showed that when the composition was 45.5wt.% potash feldspar, 31.8wt.% burnt talc, 9.1wt.% kaolin, and 13.6wt.% calcined kaolin, and the process parameters were the best: the firing temperature 1290℃, the holding time 1 hour, and the reducing atmosphere, the matte magnesium white glaze had the whiteness of 60.9% and the glossiness of 14.0%.
