摘要
SiC是一种物化性能十分优异的无机材料,是各种高性能、特殊环境应用的理想材料。近年来,随着汽车拥有量的增多,汽车尾气排放带来的空气污染问题也逐渐凸显,而目前在汽车尾气净化上应用最广泛的为装载有催化剂粉末的蜂窝陶瓷。SiC凭借优良的导热性能和耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,正逐渐代替堇青石成为首选的蜂窝陶瓷材料。本文综述了碳化硅材料的性能特点;SiC蜂窝陶瓷在尾气净化应用上的优缺点及其在国内外的研究现状;介绍了SiC蜂窝陶瓷的制备工艺及其应用;指出了目前国内相关企业和研究单位在SiC蜂窝陶瓷开发与研究方面的主要任务。
SiC is a material with excellent physical and chemical properties ideal for special environmental applications because of its very. In recent years, with the increase in the number of private cars, traffic emissions become a noticeable source of air pollution. Currently the most widely used solution for the exhaust fume purification is through honeycomb ceramic loaded with catalyst powder. With excellent thermal conductivity and high temperature and corrosion resistance, SiC is gradually replacing cordierite as the much preferred honeycomb ceramic material. This paper summarizes the properties of SiC materials, their advantages and disadvantages for the use in exhaust fume purification,their research status at home and abroad, their preparation and application. The main tasks of domestic enterprises and research units in the development and research of SiC honeycomb ceramic have also been pointed out.
