摘要
多晶硅太阳能电池制绒工艺差异对组件功率有一定的影响.通过对相同功率但不同反射率电池片用普通EVA制备成的组件功率增益差异的对比知,随着电池片反射率的不断增加,组件的功率逐渐增加;通过对相同功率但不同反射率电池片用高透EVA代替普通EVA制备成的组件功率增益差异的对比知,当太阳能电池片反射率为4.5%时,用高透EVA代替普通EVA制备成组件的功率增益最大.
The differed texturing processes of multi-crystalline silicon solar cells may yield influences upon module powers,which is compared with the power differences of modules made from different reflectivity and same power cells with ordinary EVA.Result shows that with continuous increase of the reflectivity of solar cells,the power of module gradually increases.Meanwhile,the gained difference of power of modules from the different reflectivity and same power cells is compared with high transmittance EVA in stead of ordinary EVA.When the value is 4.5 %,the module power will gain most from components.
