黑水城出土西夏文古佚医方“半夏茯苓汤”考述

Textual Research on the Ancient Loosing Medical Formula "Banxia Fuling Decoction" of the Unearthed Western Xia Script in Heishui City

对黑水城出土的一则西夏文药方进行翻译、释读与考校,这则医方不存方名,组方药物有白茯苓、陈皮、半夏、木香,据其所治疗疾病的症状气喘痰积,将其拟名为"半夏茯苓汤"。从其组方特点、治疗症状可以推断其来源于中原医学,其所据底本可能为某种已佚的汉文医方。

To translate, textual research and explain and proofread a Western Xia script formula unearthed in Heishui City. This formula saves no name, and the prescription medicine including bai fu ling （Poria Alba）, chen pi （Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae）, ban xia （Rhizoma Pinelliae） and mu xiang （Radix Vladimiriae）. According to its mainly treating symptoms of the disease： asthma and phlegm accumulation, this formula was intended to manes as＂ Banxia Fuling decoction＂. From the prescription characteristics and treating symptoms, it can be inferred that this formula originated from the Central Plains medicine, and its copy version may be a certain lost Han script medical formula.
