摘要
为了避免既往临床教学中学生学习积极性不高、教学效果不佳的弊端,尝试在中医内科临床带教中引入辩论式教学。设立符合专业性、可辩性、公平性、可听性、丰富性、启发性和指导性七大特点的课题辩题,寓思于辩、寓学于辩,学在辩中、意在辩外,不仅培养了学生独立分析解决问题,资料检索、整理、归纳,批判性思维,逻辑思维,团队协作,语言表达等六大能力,而且能让学生基础知识的掌握更加牢固、临床与科研平衡发展、在医患沟通中更加得心应手。
In order to avoid the disadvantages of poor clinical learning and poor teaching effect, we try to introduce debate teaching in clinical teaching of TCM internal medicine. We set up the debating subjects that in accordance with the professionality, perceptibility, fairness, audibility, richness, inspiration and guidance these 7 major characteristics, which aims at combining thinking, learning with debating, learning within debating, and understanding from debating. It not only cultures 6 abilities of students include analyzing and solving problems independently, data retrieval, sorting, induction, critical thinking, logical thinking, teamwork, and language expression, but also consolidates students" basic knowledge, develops clinical and scientific research evenly, exercises the doctor -patient communication. This has achieved the "teaching how to fish", which let the teachers again experience the meaning of "teaching benefits teachers as well as students" when they lead the students sails in TCM learning.
