分析了10家炼化企业职业健康监护存在的问题,发现石化企业在职业健康监护工作中遇到职业性复查率偏低、职业病危害接触史不明导致诊断纠纷、听力职业健康监护管理工作不完善等一系列问题,亟需采取规范化的风险防控措施。

The problems existing in the occupational health monitoring of 10 petrochemical enterprises were analyzed. It was found that the occupational reexamina- tion rates encountered by petrochemical enterprises in occupational health monitoring were low, the contact history of occupational diseases and hazards was not clear, leading to the diagnosis of disputes and imperfect occupational health monitoring and management A se- ries of problems, the urgent need to take standardized risk prevention and control measures.
