摘要 采煤机在工作过程中需要不断采集数据,并对这些数据进行分析,然后根据分析结果做出相应动作。为了使采煤机能够自主地监控并完成以上工作,设计了智能化的采煤机监控系统。滚筒调高油缸的前后腔压力和截割电动机的负载会由于采煤机滚筒接触的煤层不同而发生变化,根据这一特性衍生出了新型的煤岩识别技术,结合记忆割煤技术,进一步提高采煤机自主控制能力。同时利用井下通信技术,从而实现采煤机运行参数的实时监测以及远程控制。该系统结合MG250/595-WD电牵引采煤机在煤矿工作面进行了现场试验,表现出了良好的煤岩识别率,监控系统运行可靠,提高了煤矿的自动化程度和工作效率。 The coal mining machine needs to collect data in the work process, and analyzes these data, and then makes the appropriate action according to the analysis results. While the use of underground communication technology, so as to realize the real-time monitoring of shearer running parameters and remote control. The system combines MG250/595-WD electric haulage shearer field test was conducted in a coal mine working face, coal and rock showed a good identification rate, the monitoring system is reliable, increased coal the degree of automation and efficiency.
