摘要 针对四道沟铁块矿直接入高炉冶炼开展探索性研究工作。通过对四道沟铁矿Ⅰ矿体和Ⅷ矿体铁块矿进行实验室试验,结论是低温爆裂率低、还原粉化率高,中温还原性好,高温软熔性优。按烧结矿占比72.2%、球团矿占比26%,参配1.5%的四道沟铁块矿后,混合矿的冶金性能指标好。试验结果表明:四道沟铁块矿可以小配比入酒钢高炉进行冶炼。 An exploratory research was carried out on the iron ore in Sidaogou into blast furnace smelting directly. Through the laboratory tests on Ⅰ and Ⅷ ore bodies of Sidaogou iron ores, it is concluded that the low-temperature burst rate is low, the reduction and pulverization rate is high, the medium temperature reduction is good, and the high-temperature soft-melting is superior. According to the proportion of 72.2% sinter ore, 26% pellets, and 1.5% Sidaogou iron ore, the metallurgical performance of the mixed ore is good. The test results show that the iron ore in Sidaogou can be smelted in the blast furnace of JISCO with small proportion.
