摘要 本文介绍了尾渣在顶吹转炉的利用,研究了尾渣的特性和对转炉过程热量平衡、终点氧化性以及对降低辅料消耗的影响,拓展了尾渣的使用途径。实验表明,尾渣可作为转炉成渣剂和喷溅抑制剂,提高前期化渣效果,抑制中期碳氧反应喷溅;同时由于尾渣中∑FeO含量与转炉终渣基本一致,能够减少渣量,从而减少渣中金属损失,提高金属收得率。 In this paper, the utilization of steel slag in top-blowing converter was intro- duced. The characteristics of steel slag and the heat balance of the converter, the endpoint oxidation and the influence on the consumption of auxiliary materials were studied. The ways of us- ing steel slag were expanded. Experiments show that the steel slag can be used as a converter slagging agent and splatter inhibitor to improve the effect of pre-slag and inhibit mid-term car- bon and oxygen reaction splatter;, At the same time, the content of EFeO in the steel slag is basi- cally same as the final converter slag, which can reduce the amount of slag, thereby reducing the metal loss in the slag and increasing the metal yield.
