How Finance Industry Helps China's Enterprises to Go out——From the Perspective of the “Belt and Road”

推动"一带一路"建设,离不开金融支持。在落实和推进"一带一路"建设中,金融支持面临着资金需求巨大与资金供给不足、国内金融机构境外辐射范围较小、国内融资成本偏高、沿线国家主权违约风险较高等问题。应当构建市场主导、政策扶持、协作共赢的"一带一路"多元金融支持体系。同时,主动、持续、全面深化金融改革,培育风险经营能力强的市场化、国际化、综合性金融机构,发挥地缘、成本、规模配套和政策支持四大优势,金融资本为产业资本提供经验引领、信息引领、政策引领和模式引领,优化区域内金融资源配置,实现沿线国家协作共赢。

Financial support is indispensable in the implementation of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative. In order to push forward the initiative, we need to appropriately address such issues as a huge demand for funds and money supply, small overseas radiation range of domestic financial institutions, rather higher financing costs in China, the higher risk of sovereign default of the countries involved with the initiative. It＇ s necessary to construct the ＂Belt and Road＂ multiple financial support system with market-orientation, policy support, and coordination and win-win. Meanwhile, we should implement active, sustained and comprehensive financial reform deepening, cultivate liberalized, international and comprehensive financial institutions with powerful risk management ability, exert the role of four major advantages of geography, cost, scale support and policy supporting into full play, enhance the function of financial capital for industrial capital to provide experience priority, information priority, policy priority and model priority, and optimize the allocation of financial resources within the region, so as to achieve win-win cooperation for the involved countries.
