Study on the Service Models of P2P Online Lending Platform from the Perspective of Industry Value Chain

从产业价值链角度出发,通过P2P网络借贷的价值活动的演绎分析,对现有P2P网络借贷平台提出分类架构网络,依据各类的价值资源特质,比较分析平台的成型主要原因、附加价值、竞争力等特征,并解析其价值活动及服务模式能力。不同类型的平台价值活动的服务模式与异业合作方式将会随市场需求进行调整,并因此创造更多元的P2P借贷服务模式。

From the perspective of industry value chain, based on an analysis on the value activities of the P2P network lending, the paper puts forward the classification framework for the current P2P network lending platform; according to the value characteristics of various types of resources, a comparative analysis is made on the main reasons for forming platform, added value and competitiveness, especially on the value activities and service model capabilities. The service models of the value activities from different types of platforms and the cooperation modes of different industries will be adjusted with the market demand, and more diversified P2P lending service models will be created.
