摘要
中国正处于社会转型升级攻坚期,经济的高速发展及变迁使得社会环境日益复杂化。慈善组织作为社会结构的一个重要部分,正面临来自各方面的威胁与挑战。近年来,一些危机事件导致慈善组织的社会声誉度和公众信任度下降,究其原因,主要是慈善组织独立性不足、自身能力有限及相关机制不完善,以致于不能有效预防危机的发生。另外,慈善组织危机意识薄弱、应对策略不当和执行力不强导致危机不能得到有效控制,从而发酵蔓延。所以,应当通过提升慈善组织人员素质及能力、完善各项制度及机制、充分运用新媒体、树立品牌形象及完善风险防控制度等方式和手段有效管理和化解危机,使慈善组织能够更好地发挥积极作用,推动社会良性发展。
China is in a critical period of social transformation and upgrading, and rapid economic development and changes are complicating the social environment increasingly. As an important part of society, China's charitable organizations are facing threats and challenges from every aspect. In recent years, some crises and negative events have resulted in a decline of the social reputation and public trust of the charitable organizations. There are two main reasons for the decline of the social reputation and public trust of the charitable organizations. One is that the charitable organizations so lack of full independence, their own ability is so limited and the relevant mechanisms are so incomplete that they are unable to prevent the happening of crises effectively. Another is that the charitable organizations lack of a strong sense of crisis, fail to take appropriate coping strategies and are short of strong execution so that they can not control crises effectively, thus making the crises spread. China's charitable organizations should try to improve their members" quality and ability, perfect all their systems and mechanisms, make full use of new media, set up a brand image and complete all kinds of risk prevention and control system so as to manage and transform crisis effectively, play a positive role in a better way and promote the benign progress of society.
