摘要 梅山铁矿尾矿库容量不足,其需要扩大尾矿使用量,提高尾矿利用率,才能减少库内排放量。湿式尾矿粒度细、含水高,必须过滤脱水才能供给利用。为了探索降低水分的可行性,本文分析了梅山铁矿五种细粒级尾矿性质,开展了生产现场分流压滤试验,使用丙纶复丝、丙纶单复丝、丙纶单丝三种滤布,压滤五种尾矿,得到滤饼水分14.07%~16.90%,滤饼厚度最薄5 mm、最厚60 mm。结果表明,压滤可以显著降低水分,为压滤工艺参数和设备选型提供可靠依据,建议进行扩大试验,考查设备可靠性和效率成本,为工业化生产提高尾矿规模利用率奠定基础。 The capacity of tailings pond in Meishan Iron Mine is insufficient, and it is necessary to expand the utilization of tailings and increase the utilization rate of tailings in order to reduce the amount of tailings.
