摘要
污泥经厌氧消化+板框脱水处理后产生的压滤液存在SS含量高的问题,影响后续废水生物处理工艺运行的稳定。为了解决上述问题,笔者采取混凝-气浮工艺对压滤液进行工程规模试验。结果表明,PAC投加量为750 g/m^3、PAM投加量为15 g/m^3时,SS去除率可稳定达到90%,满足后续进水要求。通过成本核算可知,吨压滤液处理费用为2.72元,较为经济。
There is a high content of SS in the filter press after anaerobic digestion and dehydration of plate and frame, which affects the stability of the subsequent biological treatment process. In order to solve the above problems, the author adopts the coagulation-air flotation process to carry out engineering scale test on the filtrate. The results show that when PAC dosage is 750 g/m^3 and PAM dosage is 15 g/m^3, the SS removal rate can reach 90% steadily, which meets the requirements of subsequent water inflow. Through cost accounting, the treatment cost of ton pressure filtrate is 2.72 yuan, which is more economical.
