废乳化液、废酸碱处理工程实践研究

摘要 某项目利用铁炭微电解反应机理,将废乳化液中的难生物降解大分子油烃类物质分解为小分子物质,去除油污,从而降低废液毒性,提高生化性。投加酸性废水作为p H的调整剂和破乳剂,在对废乳化液进行破乳的同时,其也同步得到处理。结果表明,预处理出水最后经后续生化处理,其水质达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T31962-2015)B级,实现达标排放。 In this project, ferric-carbon micro-electrolysis reaction mechanism was used to decompose difficultbiodegradable macromolecule oil in waste emulsion into small molecules to remove oil so as to reduce waste toxicity and improve biochemical property. Adding acidic wastewater as a p H regulator and demulsifier, demulsification of the waste emulsion at the same time, it is also processed simultaneously. The results showed that the pretreated effluent was finally biochemically treated and its water quality reached Grade B of "Sewage Discharged into Sewage Quality Standards of Urban Sewers"(GB/T31962-2015) to achieve discharge standards.
