摘要
污泥是污水处理的产物,具有含水率高、有机物含量高、容易腐化发臭的特点,如果不妥善处理将会污染环境。上窑污泥处置项目是桂林目前唯一的污泥处置中心,本文通过对比研究了其改造前后的污泥处理工艺。改造前,项目采用垛式堆肥方式,污泥发酵过程中产生的臭气污染了周围环境。项目改造工程以实现发酵过程臭气全处理为目的,采用自动化高、全封闭设备化的污泥高温好氧发酵设备,解决了现有污泥处置场污染环境的问题。
Sludge is the product of sewage treatment. It has the characteristics of high water content, high content of organic matter and easy to be stinking and smelly. If it is not handled properly, it will pollute the environment. The kiln sludge disposal project is currently the only sludge disposal center in Guilin. This paper compares the sludge treatment process before and after the reform. Before the transformation, the project adopts stack-compost mode, and the odor generated in the sludge fermentation process pollutes the surrounding environment. In order to realize the full treatment of the odor in the fermentation process, the project reconstruction project adopts the high-temperature aerobic fermentation equipment of automatic high and fully enclosed equipment to solve the problem of pollution of the existing sludge disposal site.
