摘要 食用油精炼是以菜籽毛油、大豆毛油、葵花籽毛油为原料,利用脱胶、碱炼、脱色和脱臭等精炼工序来去除毛油杂质的工艺。目前,植物油脂废水最重要、最稳定的处理法是生物法。本文以某植物油加工企业为例,通过分析其生产工艺流程和废水排放特征,对比各种生物法处理的优缺点,重点分析了SBR法的可行性和处理效果。研究表明,序批式活性污泥法(SBR)具有工艺简单、造价低廉、运行稳定、抗冲击能力强和不产生污泥膨胀等优点,可以显著提高含油废水治理水平。 Edible oil refining is a process that uses crude oil of rapeseed oil, soybean oil and sunflower seed oil as raw materials to remove the impurity of crude oil by using degumming, alkali refining, decoloration and deodorization. At present, the most important and most stable treatment method of vegetable oil wastewater is biological method. Taking a vegetable oil processing enterprise as an example, this paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various biological processes by analyzing its production process and wastewater discharge characteristics, and analyzes the feasibility and treatment effect of SBR. The research shows that SBR has the advantages of simple process, low cost, stable operation, strong impact resistance and no sludge expansion, which can significantly improve the treatment level of oily wastewater.
