我国矿产资源综合利用现状、问题及对策分析

The Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Utilization of Mineral Resources in China

矿产资源作为我国重要的物质生产基础,为我国的经济繁荣、社会发展以及国防建设提供保障。现阶段,我国矿产资源储量有限而消耗量较大。加强矿产资源综合利用对落实党的十九大建设美丽中国的精神以及我国长期发展战略具有重要意义。本文分别从生态层面、经济层面、战略层面出发,分析了我国矿产资源利用的现状及其存在的问题,提出了加强我国矿产资源综合利用的对策,从而推动我国矿产资源的全面协调可持续发展。

As an important material base for China, mineral resources provide guarantee for our country＇s economic prosperity, social development and national defense construction. At this stage, China＇s mineral resources reserves are limited and consumed more. Strengthening the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources is of great significance to the implementation of the spirit of a beautiful China and the long-term development strategy of the party＇s 19 National Congress. Based on the ecological, economic and strategic aspects, this paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the utilization of mineral resources in our country and puts forward some countermeasures to enhance the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources in our country so as to promote the overall coordinated and sustainable development of mineral resources in our country.
