当前,环境监测社会化进程不断推进,社会环境监测机构却仍存在质量体系不完善、人员流动大、仪器设备落后、监测环境条件差等问题。检测数据的准确性是监测机构的生命线,因此,加强质量控制显得尤为重要。本文对上海申丰地质新技术应用研究所有限公司2014-2016年环境监测能力验证/实验室间比对活动情况及不满意的结果进行分析,希望可以为各同行监测机构提供借鉴和参考。

At present, the socialization of environmental monitoring progresses continuously. However, social environmental monitoring agencies still have some problems such as imperfect quality system, large staff turnover, backward equipment and poor monitoring environmental conditions. The accuracy of test data is the lifeline of the monitoring agency, therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen quality control. This paper analyzes 2014-2016 years＇ environmental monitoring capability validation and laboratory comparison activities and dissatisfactory results of Shanghai Shenfeng Institute of Novel Geological Techniques Co., Ltd., hoping to provide reference and reference for the monitoring organizations of all branches.
